Biography

Kathryn (Kate) is a Wyoming native residing in the Phoenix metropolitan area since 2007.  Prior to joining Wieneke Law Group in 2022, Kate held a diverse civil litigation position supporting plaintiff’s catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and premises liability insurance defense practice areas.

Kate mastered the competencies necessary to acquire the NALA Certified Paralegal designation and maintains enthusiasm toward continued legal education.

Out of office, Kate spends much of her time with her husband raising their four shared children.  She enjoys Christmastime, event planning, beach getaways, and “just one more bite” of dessert.
