Justin Wieneke

Biography

Justin Wieneke brings a unique judicial perspective to the Wieneke Law Group’s litigation team, combining extensive government experience with deep knowledge of law enforcement practices and procedures.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law and served as a Virginia magistrate for nearly 10 years, where he conducted probable cause hearings and issued search warrants, arrest warrants, and emergency mental health orders as a judicial officer. During his tenure, he also served as an instructor for new magistrates, sharing his expertise in law enforcement and government procedure.

In his current role as Special Litigation Paralegal at Wieneke Law Group, Justin leverages his extensive background in government and law enforcement to provide comprehensive litigation support. His decade of judicial experience offers clients and attorneys valuable insight into government practices and procedural considerations that enhance case strategy and preparation.
