Biography
Rebekah Browder’s practice focuses on government liability defense, including state law torts. She defends governmental entities in road design and law enforcement matters.
Rebekah began her legal career as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, handling over 30 felony jury trials across various units, including trial group, family violence, and special crimes. Her diverse caseload included high-profile cases like prostitution rings, public corruption, homicide, and gang-related crimes. She later joined the City of Scottsdale as an Assistant City Prosecutor, successfully prosecuting over 25 misdemeanor jury trials.
Transitioning to civil law, Rebekah worked at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Rights Division, rising from Unit Chief Counsel to Section Chief Counsel. There, she managed investigations and litigation on issues like housing, employment, disability rights, and voting discrimination, while also conducting community outreach.
After over 16 years in public service, Rebekah moved to the private sector, leading an employment law firm focused on plaintiff-side civil cases. A dedicated Arizona native, she volunteers as an Executive Board Member with the 100 Club of Arizona, supporting first responders.
